Main duties of the job Barchester Healthcare is a market leader in providing exceptional quality care to residents and patients. Our Operational Trainers ensure every member of staff is confident and competent in their role, ensuring the continued delivery of good and outstanding care. Trainers provide induction and development training in around five homes or hospitals. Trainers are one of the initial points of contact between Barchester and a new member of staff, and should demonstrate passion for their role and the Barchester ethos. The role involves coordination and delivery of training, maintaining employee training files, and promoting learning opportunities.
