ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus asa Registered Nursewill beto act as person in charge,standingin for the Manager asrequiredandobserveall instructions to act upon his/her behalfwhilst youensurehigh standardsof care toourresidents.
Other responsibilitieswillinclude:
Undertakingnursing tasks including distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions. Advisingfamilies of residents andGPsof any changes in condition, which gives rise to concern and keeps them informed and involved in choices for ongoing care. Responsibilityfor the effective deployment and supervision of staff within the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during the period of duty and residents receive required care. Providing high standards of care by undertaking accurate assessment and planning.

Qualifications Essential
Hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration. Minimum of 2 years' experience and updated knowledge of care, demonstrated through relevant studies or qualifications.
