Main duties of the job As a Housekeeping Assistant at Greensand House Care Home, your duties will include working as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and laundry. You will follow standard operating procedures to ensure that hotel service standards are maintained. Key responsibilities include performing cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions, understanding cleaning requirements for various surfaces, respecting residents and their personal spaces, and maintaining all areas in good condition. The role requires knowledge of Health and Safety protocols, experience in public laundry cleaning, and the ability to be flexible in responsibilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Your focus asHousekeepingAssistant will be to work as part of a team, ensuring that all standards of cleanliness and laundry aremaintainedin the home. You willoperateaccording to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service standards aremaintained.
Other responsibilitieswillinclude:
Carrying out all cleaning dutiesin accordance withworksheetinstructions. Understandingthe cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and the properties of cleaning materials, ensuring that all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition. Ensuring that all residents are treated with dignity and respect and that their personal space and belongings are always respected..
