Main duties of the job As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and person-centred care to the residents at Huntercombe Hall Nursing Home. This may include assisting with daily living activities, supporting residents' emotional and social needs, and collaborating with the wider care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for the individuals in your care. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
No specific qualifications are required, but previous experience in a care setting or a demonstrable passion for the care industry would be an advantage. A willingness to learn and a commitment to providing excellent care are essential.
