Job summary The Care Assistant position for sleep-in nights at Agincare UK offers a role where compassion significantly impacts the lives of individuals by supporting them to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. Qualifications Essential
No specific qualifications are required for this position; however, candidates should possess qualities of kindness and compassion. Although experience is not mandatory, the organisation offers full, free training and supports career growth up to QCF Level 5. Furthermore, applicants need to meet the legal right-to-work criteria in the UK, particularly if they are non-UK nationals.
