Job summary
Kingsfold Medical Centre is seeking a committed and enthusiastic salaried GP to join our established, forward thinking practice. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high quality care to our patient population while contributing to the ongoing development of the practice.

Job Summary
The post holder will work as an autonomous practitioner, responsible for providing high quality medical services to the practice population in line with the GMS contract. They will adhere to GMC standards for Good Medical Practice, contribute to effective practice management, and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with the multidisciplinary team.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities / Clinical Duties Deliver highquality, evidencebased care to the practice population. Manage acute and longterm conditions effectively. Provide services in line with the GMS contract and prescribing guidance. Participate in duty doctor and telephone triage rotas. Maintain accurate clinical records. Support QOF, audits and quality improvement. Contribute to clinical governance, significant event reviews and RCA processes.
Administrative & Organisational Duties Process referrals, repeat prescriptions and admin tasks promptly. Attend and contribute to practice meetings. Support partners with service development and resource optimisation. Adhere to all practice policies and regional directives.
Education, Training & Development Support training of medical students and GP trainees. Participate in mentorship and share learning with colleagues. Commit to CPD, appraisal and revalidation. Promote continuous improvement and shared learning.
Professional Standards Uphold confidentiality and data protection. Maintain high standards of conduct and communication. Ensure compliance with health, safety and security requirements.

Process referrals, repeat prescriptions, and associated administrative tasks in a timely manner
Attend and contribute to practice meetings
Support the partners in achieving strategic aims, including service development and resource optimisation
Adhere to all practice policies, protocols, and regional directives
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Fully qualified GP with CCT Full GMC registration Inclusion on the National Performers List Appropriate medical indemnity Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Commitment to professional development and high quality patient care MRCGP

Interest in education, training, or service development
Experience Essential
Experience in primary care Experience with QOF, audits, and clinical governance EMIS experience
