Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
The successful candidate will be required to hold an SVQ Level 3 Healthcare qualification, demonstrating their expertise and commitment to the care sector. Additionally, they should have previous experience in a senior care assistant role or a similar leadership position within a care setting.
