RP is seeking an experienced professional to help meet and exceed customer needs as a Senior Loan Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Process complex loan servicing and liquidation actions through risk analysis and historical data evaluationConduct financial analysis on distressed loans and determine best course of action to maximize recoveryPerform portfolio analysis to determine compliance with organizational procedures, applicable laws, and regulationsCoordinate and track multiple projects involving loan collateral disposition Prepare and present reports to senior management; and Other duties as assigned Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field7+ years of experience in loan servicing, loan processing or financial operationsExperience in major enterprise operating environment Broad knowledge of information operating systemsProficiency with MS Office toolsThe ability to work for any US employer without requiring sponsorshipKnowledge in supporting budgeting and capital planning
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree and/or certifications preferredKnowledge of principles, practices and functions related to capital access for American small businessesExperience in developing operating policies, procedures and guidelinesDemonstrated initiative in devising new plans for improving business processes and program operationsStrong oral and written communication skillsBenefits
