About the RoleOur client is hiring a Senior Google Ads Media Buyer to manage large-scale paid search and shopping campaigns for their portfolio of 8-9 figure e-commerce brands. You'll own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting across accounts with monthly ad spends ranging from $150K to $250K per brand. This is a client-facing, senior role. We need someone who can run accounts independently, build systems, and partner with our creative team on testing.
What You'll DoManage and optimize Google Ads accounts (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) for multiple e-commerce clientsOwn the full media buying lifecycle: strategy, build-out, optimization, scaling, and reportingLead client communication around performance, strategy, and recommendationsCollaborate with the creative team on ad testing frameworks and creative iterationBuild and document repeatable systems for account management and reportingIdentify growth opportunities and translate data into actionable strategyRequirements
What We're Looking ForExtensive Google Ads experience with a strong growth marketing and strategy backgroundProven track record managing $150K to $250K per month in ad spend per brandDirect e-commerce experience (DTC, Shopify, etc.)Agency or multi-brand experience strongly preferredComfortable in client-facing settings (calls, reporting, strategic conversations)Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate insights clearlyNative-level EnglishSelf-directed: this is not a junior or mid-level seat. You should be able to run accounts, build systems, and deliver reporting without hand-holdingNice to HaveExperience working alongside Meta buyers or full-funnel paid media teamsFamiliarity with attribution tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, etc.)
