Location: Cheam, Sutton - South London
Hours: 8:30am -8:30pm, Monday to Sunday Pay: £13.86 per hour Shifts: Variable

As a Care Team Leader, you will:
Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver outstanding careEnsure people we support live fulfilling, independent livesSupport recruitment, training, and supervision of staffCommunicate effectively with colleagues, professionals, and familiesMaintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills Who We’re Looking For
