This application is for roles based at Yeovil. You’ll be based at one service only, so no hopping between sites.
You’ll be supporting individuals with a range of needs, including limited communication. Some use boards to express themselves, and you’ll be part of a team that helps them live independently, safely, and happily.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different, and every moment counts. You’ll be helping with:
Personal care and daily routinesCooking, cleaning, and household tasksMedication and financial supportEmotional wellbeing and companionshipCommunity outings, hobbies, and discovering new activities Whether it’s helping someone prepare a meal, supporting them on a trip into town, or simply being a calm and caring presence, you’ll be making a real impact.
Who We’re Looking For
You might already be a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant. Or maybe you’re new to care but full of compassion and ready to learn. Either way, we’ll give you the tools and support to succeed.
