About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic force multiplier to our CEO/leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, can seamlessly navigate between 30,000-foot vision and ground-level implementation, and has the startup ops grit to build scalable systems from scratch.
This role is designed as a high-leverage position that extends executive reach across the organization. You'll own cross-functional initiatives, drive critical projects to completion, and serve as a trusted thought partner on our most important challenges.
