Main duties of the job As a Domestic Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include ensuring the communal areas are kept clean and safe, thoroughly dusting, polishing, and vacuuming residents' bedrooms, and working closely with the home management team to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You'll also have the opportunity to provide support, communication, and engagement to the residents, making a meaningful difference in their lives.
