Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Care Assistant and a strong understanding of the care needs of the elderly, including those with dementia. A relevant qualification in health and social care, such as a NVQ or equivalent, is desirable. The successful applicant will also demonstrate excellent communication skills, a compassionate nature, and a commitment to promoting the well-being and independence of the residents.
