業務内容事業戦略や組織・技術戦略の方向性に基づいた採用活動全体のプランニングと実行イベント企画運営、ダイレクトソーシング等の手法に加え、メルカリの持つあらゆるアセットと多様なチャネルを最大限に活用したGo Boldな採用戦略の策定と実行社内外パートナーとの関係構築・連携をリードし候補者体験を意識した採用活動の推進書類選考、技術テスト、面接、進捗管理、オファー、クロージング、オンボーディング支援など一連の採用業務業務で使用するツールGoogle Workspace（Google スプレッドシート、Google ドキュメント、Google カレンダー、Google Meet など）NotionSlackWorkable (ATS)LinkedIn各種AIツール(社内生成AIツール、Gemini for Google Workspace等)その他、必要に応じて適切な採用ツール
ユニークなチャレンジ特定職種に閉じず、中途採用担当として複数領域を横断しながら、採用戦略の設計から実行・改善までを一気通貫でリードできます。（Tech/Creative/Business/Corporateなど、組織状況に応じて柔軟に担当領域が広がります）メルカリグループ全体で「AI Native化」を掲げており、これからの時代における新しい職種定義や採用プロセスの在り方など、最先端の採用方針および戦略の策定を担うことができます。採用だけでなく、Hiring ManagerやVP・HRBPと連携しながら、採用を起点に組織の課題解決（入社後活躍を見据えた要件設計、オンボーディング連携、候補者体験の改善など）までリードいただきます。フリマアプリ『メルカリ』だけでなく、Fintech領域の『メルペイ』『メルコイン』さらに新規事業など、多様な事業フェーズ、組織規模の採用課題に向き合い、変化の大きい環境で経験を積むことができます。

Organization/Team MissionIn this position, you will take responsibility for recruitment across the entire Mercari Group, including new businesses, and lead mid-career hiring efforts. You will be responsible for planning and carrying out recruitment strategies aimed at acquiring talent core to the growth of Mercari Group. Unique ChallengesAs a mid-career recruiter, you will be able to lead the design, execution, and improvement of recruitment strategies across multiple areas, not limited to specific positions. (Your areas of responsibility may expand according to the needs of the organization, including domains such as tech, creative, business, and corporate.)As part of the AI-Native direction across the entire Mercari Group, you will be involved in formulating cutting-edge recruitment policies and strategies regarding new role definitions and hiring processes necessary in the AI era.In addition to recruitment, you will lead organizational problem-solving from a recruitment perspective in collaboration with hiring managers, VPs, and HRBPs (such as designing requirements with a focus on post-hire success, coordinating onboarding, and improving the candidate experience).This position offers an opportunity to gain experience in a rapidly changing environment as you take on recruitment challenges across different business phases and organization sizes, covering not only the Mercari marketplace app but also the Fintech businesses Merpay and Mercoin, as well as new businesses.
