Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls- Provide accurate information to callers and direct them to the appropriate person or department- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars- Perform basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and faxing- Assist with data entry and record keeping- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills- Ability to type accurately and efficiently- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Professional appearance and demeanor

We are a small single handed GP practice. We have a small admin team, multiple clinicians, one nurse, 2 HCAs, Assistant Manager and Practice Manager
