Main duties of the job As a Domestic Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include keeping the communal areas clean and safe, thoroughly dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents' bedrooms, and collaborating with the home management team to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. You will also provide support, communication, and engagement to the residents.
