Reporting to the Team Lead, the Quality Control Manager contributes subject matter expertise to maintain and enforce audit standards throughout the brokerage. You'll be responsible for identifying, planning, and implementing quality initiatives, sales audits, and process reengineering across all areas of broking. This role requires a strong focus on data analytics to provide solutions that improve both compliance and efficiency. Working within the Quality Control team, you'll collaborate with Sales and Underwriting stakeholders to identify performance gaps, orchestrate learning resources, and measure the progress of improvement initiatives.
