Major DutiesPerforms a full range of simple cooking of items that require little to no processing and prepping foods by peeling, chopping, cutting, grinding, pureeing, dredging and etc.Operates and cleans a variety of different standard kitchen equipment that use multiple types of heat sources such as gas, electricity, steam and/or microwave.Maintains a clean workspace and follows established sanitation procedures when handling food.Ensures foods are properly cooked and stored at the correct temperatures to prevent the growth of bacteria.Performs other duties as assigned.
