About this role

Responsibilities:

Conduct Antenna Performance testing within the Santa Clara Laboratory for various device types.Work within assigned team with minimal to no guidance and provide support/training to junior team members.Support data entry, template review/creation, and provide final review of results prior to customer release.Review quotes to create/update summation sheets, ensuring the test scope is accurate and completed according to the quote and test plan.Provide schedule updates and test plan guidance to team members.Work directly with project coordinators to schedule testing and ensure team-up is updated for departmental revenue tracking. Work directly with the onsite team to support scope and asset expansions including audits (CTIA, A2LA, ETS, Anritsu, R&S, and others).Maintain & update METrak (OR OTHER) database which may include and is not limited to:Adding customer companies/contact’s information to database.Ensure that all information input is accurate, and all relevant fields are completed.Maintain relevant notes that pertain to a projectThis includes correspondence/communication between EF personnel and correspondence/communication between Project Coordinator (PC) and the customer.Ensuring PC is notified that task are ready to be billed as completed.Act as a direct engineering team contact with customers to provide updates and feedback within a reasonable timeframe (24-48 hours).Provide support to departments outside of the OTA team as needed for asset scheduling, technical guidance, and other activities as requested.Support of Quality system, Hardware Database, and other systems as required.Additional duties as assigned/needed. This is a position that requires interaction with customers, our sales, and project coordination team. This position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The candidate must be able to work well and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff as a team member and be able to work independently with minimal to no supervision. Must perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. This position requires initiative, judgment and professionalism, and skill in composing a variety of written and electronic materials. The candidate should have excellent computer skill and superior proficiency at Microsoft Office applications (Work, Outlook, Excel, and Visio) and Internet Explorer.

Compensation:

The pay range is $21.50 to $30/hr, the pay can be increased for candidates with OTA experience.Schedule:
