Job summary This is an excellent opportunity for a Housekeeper to join the team at Belmont House Nursing Home, a 60-bed nursing, dementia, and residential home in Sutton, Surrey. The home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for the residents.
Main duties of the job As a Housekeeper at Belmont House Nursing Home, you will be responsible for a range of cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and infection prevention control throughout the home. This will include cleaning resident rooms, communal areas, and other facilities, as well as ensuring that all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained. You will be a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to providing a comfortable and safe environment for the residents.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
No specific qualifications are required for this role, but previous experience in a similar housekeeping or cleaning role would be advantageous. A strong attention to detail, good time management skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
