Ability to safeguard and handle cash and skill in the use and maintenance of various recreational equipment and facilities, is desirable. However no experience is required.

Major DutiesThe primary purpose of this position is to perform and/or assist recreation assistants or specialists in the operation and maintenance of indoor and/or outdoor recreational facilities. The duties of this position will include, but are not limited to: Sets up recreation areas for scheduled activities, records attendance, takes reservations and payment, notifies participants of schedule changes. Arranges for use of equipment or tools, and checks them for condition on their return. Posts announcements of scheduled activities and answers questions about items, locations, or other matters related to activities scheduled. Conducts inventory of recreation supplies and equipment. Checks the established safety system of indoor and outdoor recreation facilities and areas, tools, and equipment. Assists within the Pro Shop. Performs other related duties as assigned.
