As a key member of our cGMP Warehouse team, you’ll support the safe and compliant control of materials—ensuring everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there. You’ll work to support the various sites, supporting day‑to‑day operations with limited direct supervision while making a meaningful impact on our manufacturing success.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support warehouse operations with responsibility, accuracy, and strong attention to cGMP standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Material Handling & Compliance
Receive, quarantine, and sample cGMP raw materialsSubmit raw material samples to Quality ControlStage raw materials for cGMP operationsMaintain adherence to all relevant EHSPs, GLIs, GAPs, and SOPsSafety & Environmental Stewardship
Follow all Environmental, Health & Safety regulationsIdentify, organize, and segregate hazardous chemical waste by classImmediately report any workplace incidents or safety concernsShipping, Logistics & Site Support
Coordinate material and equipment transfers between the Portland and Speakman locationsSupport shipping of materials and finished products via courierFill in for the Warehouse Technician – Speakman role as neededInventory & Audit Preparedness
Conduct cycle counts and ongoing physical inventory checksMaintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and audit readinessParticipate in resolving audit findings and performance gapsTeamwork & Continuous Improvement
Work collaboratively with colleagues across departmentsParticipate in SOP, cGMP, and HS&E training sessionsTake on additional tasks as assigned to support operationsWhy You Should Work Here

Minimum of College Diploma or DegreeMinimum of 1 year of experience in a chemical manufacturing facility preferably in a cGMP environmentExperience handling chemicalsFlexibility to adapt to and perform shift work as neededKnowledge and ability to operate computerized equipmentGood verbal and written English communication skillsThe starting annual base compensation for this position is $50,000 CAD. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
