Deliver products to customers in a safe and timely manner while maintaining a professional demeanorNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and map applications to optimize delivery timesCommunicate effectively with customers, answering questions and addressing concerns with empathy and patienceComplete cash and digital transactions accurately, maintaining detailed records of all deliveriesPerform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exteriorLift and carry packages up to 25 lbs. safely and securelyFollow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure safe driving practicesProvide exceptional customer service, representing our organization positively in every interactionCollaborate with the team to meet daily delivery goals and deadlinesHandle customer feedback professionally and escalate concerns when necessary **Required Qualifications:**
Must be at least 18 years of ageValid Driver's License with a clean driving recordProof of current Liability InsuranceReliable, well-maintained vehicle in good working conditionAbility to follow directions and navigate routes effectivelyStrong time management and organizational skillsBasic math and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly and stand for extended periodsWillingness to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check**Preferred Qualifications:**
