We're seeking a Creative Strategist to drive our client's paid advertising performance through high-converting ad concepts and data-driven iterations. You'll generate fresh creative angles, script compelling ads, and work closely with our designer/video editor and media buyer in a fast-paced feedback loop. This role requires deep understanding of DTC ecommerce, consumer psychology, and what makes ads stop the scroll and drive purchases.
ResponsibilitiesGenerate multiple creative angles and concepts weekly based on performance data, customer insights, and market trendsWrite scripts for various ad formats including UGC, VSLs, static ads, and short-form video contentReview campaign performance feedback from the media buyer and use data to inform next creative iterationsProvide clear direction and feedback to the design/video team to ensure effective executionMonitor competitor ads, viral trends, and platform best practices across Meta and InstagramWork in weekly cycles with the media buyer and creative team to test, learn, and scale winning conceptsRequirements
Proven track record developing creative for DTC ecommerce brands in performance marketing environmentsStrong ability to craft hooks, angles, and messaging that convert, backed by understanding of consumer psychologyComfortable interpreting ad performance metrics and feedback to guide creative decisionsExperience conceptualizing and scripting multiple ad formats (UGC, VSLs, static, video ads)We require a portfolioAbility to produce high-quality concepts quickly and iterate based on dataClear, proactive communicator who thrives in collaborative feedback loopsBenefits
