About this role
The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will support Planning, Warehouse and Master Data activities and provide ongoing administrative, coordination and planning support within Supply Chain. The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will work directly with Operations, Purchasing & Supplier Management, Programme Management, Quality, Global Supply Planning and Customers with a strong emphasis on customer service. This role is 12-month contract position.
Engage with NPI project teams to manage all materials through the approval process in a timely manner.Create and maintain material and vendor records in Supply Chain Business Systems DSP and SAP.Collaborate closely with Global Supply Planning, Site Planning team and Warehouse to manage shipments and ensure supply requirements are met.Lead Material Review Board for the site to ensure timely disposition of materials and emdo management.Execute & monitor weekly & monthly metrics for the SC Dept.Ensure planning parameters on SAP are accurately maintained and up to date.Preparing data & analysis for monthly S&OP cycleUndertake projects in Supply Chain department.Adhere to and support all EHS & E and Quality standards, procedures and policies. Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain or engineering.A bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate Technical or Business Discipline.Experience using MRP/ERP systems, especially SAP.Proficiency in Excel.
