About this role

The Opportunity

We're building something special in Singapore. CRM and Industry (CRM & I) Solutions is a prime go-to-market motion for ServiceNow, and we need a leader who can roll up their sleeves to grow both the business and the team.

This isn't a role where you'll manage from the sidelines. You'll be in the field with your team, winning deals in Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Public Sector while developing the next generation of solution consulting talent. You'll partner directly with the Singapore and Asia Sales Leader and collaborate across our APAC CRM & I and Asia and Korea Solution Consulting Teams to drive real impact.

What You'll Do

Build the Business

Be hands-on in strategic deals across Financial Services, Telecommunications, and Public SectorPartner with the Asia CRM & Industry Sales Leader to drive pipeline and accelerate winsShape our go-to-market approach for CRM solutions (Service, Sales, CPQ, Field Service) and Industry SolutionsConnect the dots between customer challenges and ServiceNow's platform capabilitiesGrow the Team

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solution Consultants across Asia and KoreaBuild a talent pipeline and hire great people as we scaleCreate an environment where your team does the best work of their careersCollaborate with the broader APAC CRM & Industry SC team to share expertise and best practicesDrive Excellence

7+ years leading pre-sales teams, ideally in enterprise softwareTrack record of being both a player and a coach – you can win deals and develop peopleExperience in Financial Services, Telecommunications, or Public Sector is a strong plusAbility to engage credibly from technical architects to C-suite executivesComfort with ambiguity and a bias for action in fast-moving environmentsUnderstanding of how AI is transforming enterprise workflows and customer engagementHow We Work
