ServiceNow University is seeking an exceptional senior leader to build and scale our global government skilling initiatives across the public sector. This newly created Senior Director role will orchestrate SNU's government programs, currently distributed across several teams, into a unified, strategic function that positions ServiceNow as the definitive skills partner for governments worldwide. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of initiatives aimed at skilling 1 million government professionals by December 2027, translating the massive reskilling opportunity across 350 million public sector employees into compelling programs and narratives that demonstrate ServiceNow's relationships and impact with governments globally.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting directly to the VP, Customer Acceleration. You will serve as the primary liaison between ServiceNow University and global government stakeholders, working closely with P5 leadership to position our government skilling efforts as a strategic differentiator in capturing market share across federal, state, and local agencies worldwide. You will build the infrastructure, partnerships, and storytelling capabilities needed to make ServiceNow University the preeminent global provider of public sector workforce transformation.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Define and execute the global government skilling strategy, positioning ServiceNow University as the partner of choice for public sector workforce transformation across federal, state, and local government agencies worldwideBuild and articulate a compelling vision that translates the opportunity of 350 million public sector employees into concrete programs, partnerships, and measurable outcomesServe as the primary strategic advisor to P5 leadership on government skilling initiatives, providing regular executive briefings, impact reports, and strategic recommendations that demonstrate ServiceNow's leadership in the public sectorDevelop and own the roadmap to achieve 1 million skilled government professionals by December 2027, establishing clear milestones, resource requirements, and success metricsProgram Orchestration & Delivery
Orchestrate and integrate government skilling initiatives currently spread across multiple ServiceNow University teams, creating unified intake processes, governance structures, and delivery frameworksManage complex, cross-functional program delivery involving internal stakeholders across Global Learning & Development, Customer Acceleration, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and FinanceLead program intake and prioritization processes, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow's strategic priorities and maximum impact per resource investedEstablish and monitor program KPIs including enrollment, completion rates, certification attainment, employment outcomes, government partnerships secured, and economic impact deliveredPartnership Development & Stakeholder Management

JV19
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $220,300 - $396,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
