Position: Customer Support Coordinator (m/w/d)

Tasks

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels - B2B and B2C Updating the promotion and marketing in social media channels Automate order management between the system and central warehouse while coordinating communication between customer service and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Manage order uploads, track shipments, resolve issues related to order fulfillment, and address logistics-related complaints promptly by identifying root causes and implementing process improvements to optimize workflows and align with customer needs. Deliver the excellent customer service for networks distribution and clients Working with distributors / executives to implement SIPs and other business programs to provide ongoing support in their business development. Organization, preparation and active participation in events, meetings and trainings. Support the Europe Service Center for regular reports and special projects

Requirements

Excellent in German and English Relevant professional experience 3+ years in the field of customer service / customer care Active, motivated team player and work independently PC knowledge with the MS Office package
