About this role
Develop and design fastening elements and shields for sensors and control units from concept to series release.
Responsibilities
- Design brackets, shields, cooling plates, and covers
- Perform strength and vibration simulations
- Prepare request documents (technical drawings, TM/TZ)
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments
- Prepare release sheets and PDM documents
- Support technology carriers and prototype vehicles
- Ensure compliance with corporate standards
- Degree or training in design, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering
- Expertise in plastic and metal design
- Experience with FEM simulations
- Knowledge of CATIA V5, CONNECT, KVS
- Experience with corporate processes
- German and English, team player
