About this role

As a Project Diag Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing vehicle projects to ensure optimal maintainability and diagnosability throughout the vehicle development lifecycle. You will coordinate diagnostic deliverables, analyze technical anomalies, and contribute to vehicle integration and validation planning while ensuring alignment with The Company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage vehicle projects to ensure maintainability and diagnosability objectivesManage and ensure the realization of diagnostic (Diag) deliverablesAnalyze, track, and address anomalies using JIRAFacilitate and lead weekly working group meetings and ensure follow-up actionsPrepare and maintain project milestone documentationCreate, analyze, and update progress indicators and dashboardsContribute to the construction of the vehicle integration and validation schedule and define the necessary resourcesGuarantee the diagnosability related to vehicle maintainabilityVerify and ensure consistency of architecture diagnosability and maintainability documentationReview and validate new diagnostic routines to be implementedAct as a transversal interface between multiple stakeholders and teams 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experienceMaster’s degree (Bac +5) from an engineering schoolStrong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with Program / Project Management tools (JIRA, MS Project, or similar)Knowledge of PLM systemsFamiliarity with BI4 toolsHigh level of English and French (written and spoken)Strong transversal management and coordination skillsWell-organized with strong planning abilitiesAbility to handle stress effectivelyStrong team spirit and collaboration mindsetGood negotiation and leadership skills
