Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reporting specialist with PMO responsibilities and with strong Excel skills to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate is either experienced or eager to grow into a role focused on reporting, standardization, and process efficiency. This role also supports broader operational, finance and back-office reporting initiatives, leveraging Excel and Power BI expertise together with running small projects.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain, in collaboration with other teams, detailed reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI for different scopes (Finance, Stock Management, Azure, Back-office, Operations, Projects, Business, ...)Create presentations for different stakeholders.Follow up on specific projects, together with Compliance and Operational TeamsManage several back-office tasks: e.g. License management, ticket reporting, training assignment and reporting, …Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal,Qualifications
Mandatory
Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, project tracking).Strong problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making.High accuracy in reporting and analysis.Good to Have / Willing to Learn
Knowledge of Power BI and Power Query.Knowledge of SQL is a plus
