About this role

As our Client Technical Support Agent, you will deliver software support to clients and respond promptly to both routine and emergency support requests, from clients and team members.

You will have the opportunity to:

Troubleshoot product and technical issuesAssess severity and scope of issues, inquiries, and requests.Communicate with clients by phone and emailLog and manage all client-related issues in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool (Salesforce)Escalate complex issues to technical and product teams with complete and accurate informationManage customer and user configurationsEducate and empower customers to maximize the use of products, tools, and servicesStay current on all product and service updatesMonitor system status and communicate issues internally and externallyInitiate proactive customer communicationsApply Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS) practices, including maintaining knowledge articles for internal and external useDocument solutions in reusable articles to support future issue resolutionFoster relationships between customers and the Experian brand through every interaction.

2+ years' experience with research and reconciliation skillsBachelor's degree is beneficial2+ years' experience in Healthcare IT, Healthcare technical support, or Healthcare SaaS industrySalesforce proficiency is beneficial Benefits/Perks:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience, and education.
