Customer Service Representative Duties:

Answer the phone and communicate with customers in a friendly and informative manner.Operate all equipment.Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.Prepare products.Receive and process in person and telephone orders accurately .Clean equipment and facility daily. Team Member Job Requirements:

You must be 16 years of age or older.Must be able to take a food safety course and obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.Must be able to comply with uniform standards.Must be able to work nights & weekends.Team Member Communication Skills:

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.Team Member Essential Functions/Skills:

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. TEAM MEMBER ADVANCEMENT
