Responsibilities of the General Manager include:
Hire, train, schedule and manage employees in daily tasksDevelop good customer relationships and address customer service needsManage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functionsDevelop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievementCommunicate between managers, customers, and employeesAssist with deliveries as needed based on business Some of the qualifications and skills useful for a General Manager are:
Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
Minimum of one year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environmentUnderstand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilitiesExperience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employeesAbility to lead and promote team member and food safety protocolsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)Valid driver’s license with safe driving record meeting company standards preferred All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
